Congratulations to Katie + RJ on their wedding!

I was honored to take photos for the two of them on their wedding day.  Katie was in my sorority in college, and when I was just getting started in photography she trusted me with her and RJ’s engagement photos.  We found an awesome sunflower field, and it ended up being SO much fun.  When she reached out to take her wedding photos, I couldn’t have been more excited!

Their wedding day was absolutely beautiful.  They got ready at Minerals Hotel, which is part of Crystal Springs Resort.  Katie did so much of the work herself!  The bouquets were designed and hand made by her – and they were stunning.  As soon as they saw each other during their first look, you could see the stress melt away and it was the sweetest moment of the day!  RJ has such a calming presence.  Their ceremony was at St. Kateri Church in Stanhope.  I loved this church!  It had an entire wall of windows that lit up the church, and it was so beautiful.

The reception was held at Black Bear Lodge, which is also a part of Crystal Springs Resort.  I loved hopping on the golf carts with the two of them and the bridal party 🙂 The whole time we couldn’t believe what a gorgeous day it was – perfect weather!  When it came time for the party to start, it was clear that it was a FUN group of people.  The dance floor was completely filled the ENTIRE night!  They definitely know how to throw a party.
